This rental is for the Upstairs fully contained two bedroom apartment. There is a living area with an efficiency kitchen: full-size refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, Keurig, and coffee pot. Additionally, for your convenience, the newly added covered creek dock with a floating platform is perfect for fishing and crabbing. Rooftop deck with breathtaking panoramic views, shaded ground-level area perfect for lounging, or enjoy the sun right on the beach! Convenient for remote work with plenty of quiet spaces. This lovely 2-bedroom rental is also available to rent many other ways; during most of the spring, fall and winter, you can rent the home as a one-bedroom suite or as a 5-bedroom on the main level. May-September, Laughing Place is ONLY available as a 7 bedroom home.

Each bathroom is stocked with a bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet tissue. In the kitchen area, you'll find a paper towels.  Remember to bring along extra toilet tissue, paper towels, and any other necessities.

AMENITIES: Covered dock on the creek with a floating platform, stairs that lead all the way to the Widows Walk deck on top of the house for ocean to marsh views, washer dryer, internet access, luxury linen and towels and large deck/patio.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $18 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more - the choice is yours!

MAXIMUM CARS: A maximum of 4 cars is permitted at this property. There is no parking on grass or medians.

Our properties undergo thorough cleaning and sanitization performed by professionally trained and equipped in-house staff, offering enhanced security, quality, and accountability. We do not rely on third-party cleaning companies. Following CDC housekeeping protocols, we utilize approved disinfectants and personal protective equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, and undergo stringent hygiene and sanitization measures, providing you with a secure and pristine space exclusively for you and your family. Our linens and towels are laundered and sanitized at our commercial laundry facility. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner, for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
