Each floor offers dual thermostats for personalized climate control, ensuring comfort throughout. The rooftop deck boasts panoramic ocean and creek views, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.
Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and TV, providing privacy and luxury for every guest. Please note, there is a $1,250.00 surcharge for pool heating, with temperatures reaching 84-87 degrees. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more - the choice is yours!

For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

MAXIMUM CARS:  The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports membership, In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. The temporary club membership can be obtained at a cost of $200 per day, plus a $20 activation fee. It is important to note that the temporary club membership fee is separate from individual amenity fees.
