The main living room features a cozy gas fireplace, while a convenient wet bar adds to the allure. Enjoy a generous oceanfront living space with a flat-screen television and SONOS sound. The homes private creek dock is directly behind the house and is ideal for watching sunsets at coattail time. There is an attached floating dock for paddleboards and Jon Boat use. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a refrigerator, dishwasher, wall oven, warming drawer and a chef level gas stove. Step outside onto the expansive deck furnished with traditional Pawleys Island rocking chairs. The ground level party area has a full gas grill as well as a burner and pots for an outdoor shrimp, crab or Lowcountry boil. The home has a full SONOS sound system with multiple zones that allows you to control music using your phone inside the house, on the porch and when in the cooking and fireplace area. Stay connected with cable TV and wireless internet and take advantage of amenities such as a dock on the creek, an elevator, an outdoor shower beneath the house, and a laundry room inside the house with full size washer and dryer.
